Real estate is in my DNA. As a third-generation builder, I’ve been immersed in the industry from a young age, and I’ve always had a passion for creating homes that people truly love.

Born and raised in Palm Beach County, I grew up watching my father build vibrant communities across the area. His dedication to craftsmanship and community left a lasting impression on me. From early on, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps—not only to honor his legacy but to contribute meaningfully to the place I’ve always called home.

To sharpen my skills and broaden my expertise, I earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University while working in various sectors of the real estate industry. After graduation, I became a licensed Real Estate Broker and soon after, a licensed General Contractor.

Chris Allen Homes was founded with a clear mission: to build high-quality homes that enhance communities and exceed buyer expectations. Over the past 12 years, we’ve built more than 150 homes across Palm Beach County, and we’re proud of the reputation we’ve earned for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Our process begins with identifying the right property, followed by designing and constructing a home that adds lasting value to the neighborhood. When the project is complete, the new owners don’t just receive a house—they gain a place they’re proud to call home.

Today, my family and I continue to live in Palm Beach County, and I remain deeply committed to building homes that reflect the values, lifestyle, and spirit of this community.
